Is there a mailing list?

Yes, there is a mailing list for the breed council members. It is considered a working tool for the BC members, and is open only to BC members, who may be interested in joining.
BC members may join here: SBI-BC list.
Non-BC members who wish to subscribe to Birman related mailing lists have plenty of good possibilities, for instance birmancats at Yahoo groups.
